Tenderloin ribs are the leanest and meatiest ribs, with small bones that are usually slightly curved. Prepared, cooked and marinated. READY TO BE GRILLED and basted with FB BBQ Sauce.

Pair it with a bold Pinot Noir. The Pinot Noir is better known to winemakers as “the heartbreak grape”. Thin-skinned, fragile and prone to lose interest if handled by indifferent or incompetent hands, there’s a very good reason it’s known as vinified heartbreak. It is also the only red varietal from the Burgundy region in France. Pinot Noir produces a heavily perfumed wine with scents of earth, spice, cherries, strawberries, herbs and raspberries when ripe. It is a light to medium-bodied wine, with high acidity and excellent ageing potential.
